Shadows are a broad classification of nonhuman entities which some otherkin claim as their kintype. The term refers to any entity which is entirely or primarily made of darkness or dark energy. As such, entirely unrelated species may be referred to under the term Shadows.
Generally, this type of Shadow should not be confused with use of the term Shadows as an alternative name for the Vor'jen among the Elenari.
