Self-described wolf woman severed lost dog's head is an article about a therian, Wolfie Blackheart, written by Brian Chasnoff for the newspaper San Antonio Express-News. In it, Blackheart is described as a "werewolf" who used a pocketknife to sever the head of a neighbor's dog - already dead - that had previously been missing, for purposes of amateur taxidermy in order to preserve the skull.
