SoulFire is a placeholder name for a manifestation of a being's connection to Source as an energy form. It drains the wielder significantly to manifest this energy. This energy can be used to power magical workings, as a defense, or as a directed attack. Exposure to SoulFire is believed to cleanse Taint, though not as effectively as either SourceFire or Purefire.
