A greymuzzle is a therian who has been a prominent member of the community for some time, being particularly experienced and well known as a result. It may particularly refer to those therians who were active on the Alt.Horror.Werewolves Usenet group in the 90s and who have remained part of the community since then. Similar to elders in the otherkin and vampire communities.
