Cites a message sent to a mailing list. Place it inside <ref>…</ref> tags.
On subject lines. Messages sent to a private list were written for
that list, not for publication. Set private = yes and the template
will suppress title even if one is supplied; identify the message by
its digest and date instead. Subject lines from public lists and newsgroups may
be quoted normally.
On author names. This template takes a single author field rather
than last/first, because contributors to these lists are
cited by the community name they signed with. Do not supply a legal name.
