This special page lists all edits which await moderation (approval or rejection).

Approving an edit also promotes its author.

Since 26 July 2026, a user's first approved edit automatically adds them to the automoderated group, and nothing they submit afterwards reaches this queue. So Approve now means "this person no longer needs review", not only "this edit is fine".

If an account should keep being reviewed, Reject it instead. The promotion is revocable either way: the group can be removed at Special:UserRights.
