An astral vampire is a psychic vampire who makes use of one of various forms of subtle reality to travel and feed, including the astral plane. Such a vampire may be a living member of the vampire community or they may be entirely non-corporeal. Astral vampires are referred to in the writings of occultist Dion Fortune.
