A berserker shift is a type of shift that is induced by the onset of extreme anger. It is usually accompanied with blind rage, increased strength, and a radical mental shift. After a berseker shift, individuals report feeling weak and tired. There's some controversy over whether this is an actual shift versus a type a behavioral disorder.
