A blood fetishist is someone with a sexual attraction to the sight, smell, or taste of blood. Generally they are not vampires and have no need to consume it, and will usually be happy with smaller amounts than a sanguinarian, hybrid vampire, or energy vampire who uses blood as a medium for the transfer of energy. Blood fetishists are often involved in the BDSM community and the blood is generally taken during a BDSM Scene.
