It occurred to me that having forums offsite, where users would need to sign up for yet another service, was not very user friendly.  Currently, this is the best plugin available to provide native &amp;quot;forums&amp;quot; on a MediaWiki installation.  So we&amp;#039;re giving it a try, even if it may not be as full-featured as dedicated forum software.
