			This convention includes opening and closing ceremonies, a combination Artist Alley/Dealers Den, and featured charities and charity fundraising events. Centaurus Festival also has several annual convention traditions, including a watch party for ''Night on the Galactic Railroad'' and the non-recorded, staff-led panel, "Stories Around the (Digital) Campfire."

			The convention has a variety of events each year hosted by its attendees, including lectures, interactive panels such as AMAs and group RPGs, zine readings, and more. Unlike other conventions, the Centaurus Festival also encourages attendees to submit unplanned events to the con schedule while the convention is already in-progress. Recorded events from the Centaurus Festival can be found on the convention's YouTube.
